The award recognizes organizations that successfully apply the principles and management practices promoted by the Inclusive Participatory Business Model (IPBM), a modern business philosophy focused on cooperation, dialogue, transparency, and active employee involvement in company decision-making processes.
Among fifteen pre-selected companies, the jury emphasized EGA Master’s strong commitment to human-centered management, teamwork, innovation, and corporate participation culture. The company’s management philosophy, based on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement, positioned EGA Master among the leading organizations competing for this prestigious distinction.
As part of the next stage of the competition, all finalist companies will undergo a detailed evaluation process conducted by an EFQM expert auditor. Following this assessment, the jury will select the official winner of the award.
The Arizmendiarrieta–Anitua Award also carries significant historical and social meaning. It honors the legacy of Catholic priests José María de Arizmendiarrieta and Pedro Anitua, whose work during the mid-20th century focused on social development, solidarity, education, and the promotion of opportunities for disadvantaged communities.
