Flash Series – Liquid Gas Fuel High Pressure Steam Boiler

The liquid gas fuel steam generator of the Flash Series offers comfortable and high-efficiency combustion performance with low counter pressure values. With its 3-pass design, the flame smoke contacts the entire combustion surface, making the most efficient use of the combustion surface. It is more durable than generators with its coiled design. Heat loss is prevented thanks to strong insulation with glass wool, stone wool, and ceramic.

Ekotek Heat Technologies Flash Series liquid gas fueled steam generator uses 5 different safety systems:

    The Mega Volt Series electric steam generator operates in 2-3-4-5-6 stages, depending on its capacity, and works fully automatically. It produces as much steam as you need. The steam is consistent. Therefore, it is not affected by sudden steam draws. Heating resistors are not damaged in sudden needs. Thanks to its steam coupling with a special separator, it is possible to obtain steam purified from water. It has been designed considering all potential adverse conditions and is equipped with exceptional safety chains. Thus, there is no need for a separate operator. It is shipped with all its fittings.

    Performance Series – Liquid Gas Fuel High Pressure Steam Boiler

    Counter pressure steam boiler, thanks to its high heating surface area, provides the opportunity to obtain drier and higher energy steam. In order to produce steam in a short time, the water volume is kept as small as possible, and the steam volume is kept large. In counter pressure steam boilers, the flame is separated from the boiler with 2 passes. The flame hitting the back wall comes back towards the front cover and leaves the boiler through the pipes by turning back from the front wall covered with refractory material.
