Hex socket and insert bits torque wrench is designed to tighten and loosen bolts with used of standardized hex sockets and dedicated adapters (insert bits). Key components of wrenches are made of a lightweight alloy based on aluminum and titanium compounds whilst the ratchet and driving units are manufactured with use of “ultra steel” that makes them as sturdy and durable as titanium pieces. The wrenches collaborate with hydraulic power packs (800 bar) that can be powered by an electric motor or a compressed air drive. The power pack is remotely controlled by means of a dedicated remote control unit. Operation in the fully automatic mode is as option. Bolts are tightened with the controlled torque up to the required limit, which is achieved by setting a specific oil pressure on a connected manometer, where the pressure corresponds to the desired torque. The torque values and associated oil pressures can be found on the table of torques that is attached to each wrench. On the contrary to hydraulic torque wrenches the hydraulic bolt tensioners enable initial tensioning of bolts/studs without application any torque since the tensioning force is applied in line with the central line of the bolt/stud usually towards the expanding direction. Therefore the pre-tensioning force of bolts is independent on the friction coefficient. The bolt tensioners are actuated by means of a hand pump or electric pump or pneumatic pump with the output pressure of 800 or 1600 bars depending on the unit version. Optional and customized designs of the bolts tensioners with various values of pre-tensioning force, size and application procedures are available upon individual orders.

TCT Hole saw.Twist drills come in different materials and sizes, but above a certain diameter size it’s no longer possible to drill with the twist drill. The amount of material to be cut would be too large and the drilling process would take extremely long. That’s where the hole saws come in! With our multi-purpose TCT Hole saws you can drill holes from 11 mm up to 50 mm with portable power tools and stationary machines, without using extreme force or power. As the name suggests, the hole saw is hollow in the middle and only the cutting edges cut the material. This saves a lot of time and energy. The great thing about our hole saws is that they are very durable because they are Tungsten carbide tipped. Compared to bimetal hole saws they have a 10 times longer lifespan. The hole saws are equipped with a pilot drill and ejector spring. The pilot drill allows simple centering and clean guidance in the material. With the ejector spring, the cut material is easily ejected from the hole saw. The safety stopper protects the workpiece. In our Volcano Series solid fuel front furnace steam boilers, in order to provide a sufficient heat transfer area for solid fuel combustion, they are designed by adding a front furnace made of a water tube bundle in front of a traditional 3-pass Scotch type smoke/flame tube steam boiler. Our boilers are designed for a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature 1200 C°) based on the fuel. Please contact our company to burn lower calorie fuel.
